Eligibility:Applicants must be New Zealand citizens, or hold New Zealand Permanent Residency.
-Applicants must hold an appropriate bachelors degree with first or second class honours, or masters degree, and have already demonstrated a capacity for research.
-Those currently in their final year of study for such a tertiary qualification are eligible to apply for the scholarship, but any award made would be conditional upon the successful completion of that tertiary qualification.

Scholarship Description: The Todd Foundation Postgraduate Scholarship in Energy Research recognises the work of Sir Bryan Todd. Sir Bryan, who played a major role in the creation of the Todd Foundation, was instrumental in the development of the New Zealand oil and gas industry. The purpose of this scholarship is to support students undertaking doctoral research in the field of Energy, which may have wide relevance including value to New Zealand.
